Installation: Unzip this zip file to your Half-Life\cstrike directory, or manually copy and paste the files in this zip file's 'maps' directory into your Half-Life\cstrike\maps directory. Note to Server Admins: This is a small map, so it is wise to enable client downloading so that players who don't have the map will automatically download it when they connect. 2 Versions Available! Note to Server Admins: There are 2 versions of CS_GoKarts available, one for LAN and one for INTERNET. I highly recommend trying the LAN version on your server first as the karts move much faster, whilst the karts in the INTERNET version move slower. Only change to the INTERNET version if your server experiences players dying for no apparent reason whilst driving the gokarts. This is most typically caused by lag (internet latency). If you run one version of the map and people download it, and then you choose to change to another version of the map, people will not need to download the map again. Note to Clients (General CS Players): It does not matter which version of the map you download. The server will automatically determine the vehicle speeds depending on which version of the map they are running. If the server changes versions, you will not need to download anything, and may use your existing cs_gokarts map to play.
